"Anjos da Noite: O Despertar" tem a vantagem de ser curto

The first "Underworld" was released almost ten years ago, was just an excuse to use the aesthetic hiperestilizada "Matrix" in other productions. They left the incredible camera placements and the question of reality and kept the clothes and the night scenes, with the addition of buckets and buckets of blood. The motto has changed very little.
In "Underworld: The Awakening", after a quick background with scenes of the other three films, we follow a chase that went wrong. Selene, played by Kate Beckinsale again, need to meet with Michael, done by a stunt that looks like Scott Speedman, for refuge. All because humans now know of the existence of vampires and werewolves. Everything goes wrong and she ends up captured. Michael, perhaps, dead.

She wakes up only to discover that he spent the last 12 years as the subject of a laboratory seeking a vaccine for humans against the 'plague' of vampires and werewolves. The two species are nearly extinct, and yet she has a daughter who decides to protect at all costs. The performances are perhaps the best possible, considering the argument of an ancient war between vampires and werewolves. "Twilight" has proven that you can not expect a lot of ambiance. The feeling is that does not mesh well.

The characterization of wolves and the transformation is interesting worthy of film with loose budget (but not inflated), on the other side. Moreover, are minutes and minutes of action scenes, until done in a competent and exciting as, although the 3D is dispensable. But there's not much to talk about the film.
