Os Miseráveis | Veja Hugh Jackman maltrapilho no set do filme

Tom Hooper, de O Discurso do Rei, dirige a adaptação do clássico de Victor Hugo 

 

Hugh Jackman first appeared on the set of the film adaptation of Les Misérables (Les Miserables), 1862 French novel by Victor Hugo, Tom Hooper (The Speech of the King) directs.

The plot takes place in 19th century France and follows Jean Valjean (Jackman), an ex-convict released from prison, trying to escape from Javert (Russell Crowe), the inspector and his pursuer. Tveit will Enjolras, a student who leads a rebellion in the streets of Paris and asks the execution of Javert. The cast also includes Amanda Seyfried (Cossette), Taylor Swift (Eponine), Anne Hathaway (Fantine), Eddie Redmayne (Marius), Sacha Baron Cohen (Monsieur Thenardier), Aaron Tveit and Helena Bonham Carter.

Universal Pictures launches Les Miserables on December 7.
